Author/Editor Biography

William H. Reid, MD, MPH, is Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio and an adjunct professor at Texas Tech Health Science Center and Texas A&M College of Medicine.

Michael G. Wise, MD, FACP, is an adunct professor at the Uniformed University of the Health Sciences in Bethesda, Maryland.
